I got a $20 meal voucher with my stay also. That was perfect for me as my moms bday was March 15. I received and email with a promotion for an ocean king room for $60 for 1 night and it was over on March 16th. By the time I got to the desk to check in, I mentioned it to the gentleman and all he said to me was that for some reason some people get them and some people don't. She never came back on the phone so I hung up. I explained to her my issue and she put me on hold. I called the front desk while I was standing in line and watched to young lady answer my call. Needless to say, I had to stand in that long line. My only issue was the fact that I didn't receive an email to check in online, which would have been very convenient since I drove 1 1/2 hr and sat in some traffic to get there. My mom passed away, but I know she would have had a nice time if she came with me, but I had a great time. I stayed at the Ocean Resort for the first time to celebrate my moms birthday and for some ME time.
